Jialifu Production Process

Raw Material Quality Inspection

In our very rigorous quality control process, all our raw material suppliers are carefully selected to make sure the products we produced are in same performance. We strictly formulate the criteria for the purchasing process of panels and aluminum profiles, which allows for the timely completion of all orders.

Composite Panel Veneering by PUR

The core material and surface material of Jialifu composite panels are pasted by high quality PUR.

Automated Board Cutting

All the Jialifu panels are cutting accurately according to drawings, we do not allow a tolerance of 0.1 mm of each panel. We can assure our customers of flat surface mounting, smooth edge treatment and orderly-arranged metal accessories.

Edging

Compact laminate panels produced by Jialifu must conduct the edge treatment to get rid of the sharp margin. The door frame can be disposed into L-shape, which will make the toilet cubicle a better appearance and easy to install.

Edge Banding

It is mainly used to cover the exposed sides of laminate panels and composite panels.

Metal Profile Assembling

For those panels which need stronger structure, Jialifu use metal profile instead of edge banding. Panels are inlaied in metal profiles with no glue used.

CNC Machining

We have CNC machining centers that can form compact laminate panels in a more smooth edge, or in irregular shapes. Patterns engraving can be also applied on panels.

Quality Control

All products are inspected and tested before leaving the factory to ensure our clients receive only the highest quality products.

Finished Product

All finished products will be packed by plastic foam bag tightly so that customers can pick up the products easily. And then the leatheroid will be covered on the plastic foam before wood pallet to ensure the products can be protected well during long transport.
